Orange Submarine
as mentioned in the Times vegetarian restaurant award
Mix grated carrots, arame seaweed and goji berries and saturate them in a raw tahini, orange and lemon dressing to get this succulent and healthy salad! we also add a pinch of maca for its nutty taste and energizing nature
Cucumberavo
simple - mix cucumbers, avocado and tomatoes, sprinkle with rocket leafes and poppy seeds and add our very own vinaigrette - contains nutritional yeast for the extra B vitamin boost!

Thai Mari Nation
bring it on - crunchy and raw broccoli, cauliflower and peppers - marinated in a special thai dressing which contains chilli and agave syrup!
Green Leafs and Sprouts
we believe every meal should feature some of these - sprouts are one of the richest sources for enzymes and minerals - so you just can't get enough of the stuff!

Hijiki Salad
Julienne strips of salad, cucumber, mouli and chinese leaves with the Japanese sea plant hijiki, all in an oriental sesame dressing.
Coco-nutty Butternut
A creamy slaw salad made from shavings of butternet squash and courgette in a zesty lime and coconut dressing.
Deep Purple
A raw gourmet creation from the depth of red cabbage, sweet and crunchy sugar snap peas and tasty sesame seeds.
